Joe Biden, in order to completely get rid of a virus that will never go away, has decided to implement a vaccine mandate whether you like it or not. If you fail to do what he says, you shall be banished from civil society.

Old Joe has always pushed the envelope from leader of the free world to despot. Now, he has crossed the line. But can he legally do it?
